DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for delivery notices
- Contact us at velluris.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours
For lost or damaged packages, please contact us immediately at velluris.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at velluris.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.
