At Velluris, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
BEFORE YOU RETURN
Contact our customer care team at velluris.shop@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll guide you through the process and provide specific return instructions tailored to your order. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures your refund isn't delayed.
Returns shipped without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We understand you may need to open packaging to inspect items - that's perfectly fine as long as the product itself remains unused.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal care items, bottles, or feeding accessories
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom or personalized baby items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at velluris.shop@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right.
HOW REFUNDS WORK
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow your bank an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Contact us at velluris.shop@gmail.com and we'll help you find the perfect replacement. The quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for what you need.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Your baby's safety is our priority. If you receive anything damaged or defective, email us at velluris.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately - no need to return the item in most cases.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For customers outside the United States, please contact us before returning international orders. Return shipping costs and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
